Chytha - Palm Stone

The Stone of Inner Strength, Balance & Self-Trust

Chytha is a beautiful green serpentine stone associated with inner strength, balance and self-trust. Its grounding presence encourages quiet confidence and reminds you to trust your own judgement.

With its beautiful mixture of earthy greens and darker natural markings, Chytha has a wonderfully grounded character.

A trade name for a green serpentine material commonly associated with antigorite, Chytha is traditionally connected with balance, confidence, self-trust and gentle personal growth.

Many people are drawn to Chytha during periods when they are questioning themselves, establishing stronger boundaries or learning to make decisions with greater confidence. Rather than encouraging force or determination at all costs, its message feels quieter: know yourself, trust yourself and allow your choices to reflect what genuinely matters to you.

Chytha can be carried as a daily reminder of your own strength, kept nearby during reflection or meditation, or simply enjoyed for its beautiful natural patterns and earthy colouring.
