Claimed by a lovely customer as 'Vogels on steroids', this is a lower gluten loaf, made with a blend of spelt and rye flours and loaded with sprouted rye grains and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed).

Perfect thinly sliced for an open sandwich or to accompany a cheeseboard, or toasted for your daily breakfast or lunch.

NB: Grains on the crust can become dehydrated through the baking process and harder on the bite.

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
