Rüdi's Seeded Sourdough (V+)

This is the same dough as our Rüdi's Original signature loaves, a mix of white, wholemeal and rye flours, but packed full of seeds. The loaves are filled and coated with pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, linseeds and oats.

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.
