PRE-ORDER MATARIKI: Rüdi's Organic Spelt & Sprouted Rye Sourdough (V+)

 

PRE-ORDER for collection on THURSDAY JUNE 27 from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 8am & 1pm.

Claimed by a lovely customer 'Vogels on steroids', this is a lower gluten loaf, made with a blend of organic spelt and rye flours and loaded with sprouted rye grains and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed).

Perfect thinly sliced for an open sandwich or to accompany a cheeseboard, or toasted for your daily breakfast or lunch.

The natural processes used to prepare Rüdi's breads mean they have a longer life than most loaves, and being baked in tins means they are perfectly shaped for both sandwiches and toast.

NB: Grains on the crust can become dehydrated through the baking process and harder on the bite.

The wholemeal and rye flours, along with the rye grains, are all organic and sourced from Milmore Downs in Canterbury.
