PRE-ORDER for collection THIS SATURDAY from our Riverbank Lane store, 298 Victoria St, Hamilton, between 9am & 1pm.

Braided croissant dough topped with Marlborough flaked sea salt and rosemary from the garden.

Rüdi's croissant pastry is all hand laminated, then hand rolled and baked fresh. The lamination process creates fine layers of dough and butter to give a buttery, flaky, crispy delight.
