Rüdi's approach to the beloved bagel is simple. We’ve taken everything we’ve learned about the natural leavening and slow fermentation of bread and applied it to bagels.
Believe me, these are far from your below average, stodgy supermarket bagel!
They have a thin crust with a balanced blend of crunch and chewiness, and a lighter airier crumb - just delicious.
