To celebrate our second birthday here in Kirikiriroa, we're baking an exclusive throwback special for you all - Bagels, Babkas and Bialys!

Rüdi's Bialy Knot is a twist on the bagel’s Polish cousin. It's chewy, savoury and totally snack-worthy.

Sourdough bagel dough knotted with vintage cheddar cheese and chives. Finished off with cracked black pepper. Absolutely delicious.
