Why should lifters use knee sleeves?
Knee sleeves provide valuable compression to the knee joint, improving blood flow and maintaining warmth. This helps stabilise the knee during exercises, particularly squats with heavy loads, reducing discomfort.

When are knee sleeves most commonly used?
Most weightlifters and powerlifters use knee sleeves for squatting, be it front, back, or overhead squats. The sleeves are IPF-approved, so they are allowed in most powerlifting competitions.

How do I clean the 7mm neoprene knee sleeves?
To keep your knee sleeves in optimal condition, we recommend hand washing them in cold water with a mild detergent and air-drying them.
