In person class - Peach Panna Cotta Tart - 1/2

 

In this class you’ll learn to make a peach panna cotta tart. A flaky pastry shell holding a peach compote, vanilla panna cotta, oven roasted peaches and a jelly made from the roast peach juices

This class contains gluten, dairy and gelatine. It can be made gluten free upon prior request.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
