In person class - strawberry peach gateau - 21/2
In this class you’ll learn how to make a strawberry and peach gateau, composed of a brown sugar cake, strawberry peach compote, peach mousse, strawberry glaze and fresh strawberries and peaches. You’ll make one gateau that feeds 4-6 people
This class contains gluten, dairy, egg, gelatine and alcohol. It can be made gluten free and alcohol free upon prior request.
You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street
You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
