In person class - strawberry verbena charlotte - 10/1

 

In this class you’ll learn how to make a strawberry and lemon verbena charlotte. A biscuit cuillere base and sides hold a lemon verbena bavaroise with fresh strawberries and a strawberry jelly. You’ll make one 15cm charlotte that feeds 4-6 people

This class contains gluten, dairy, egg and gelatine. It can be made gluten free and can be made with fish gelatine upon prior request.

You will not receive a booking reminder. Please note down the date and time of your class - unattended classes are non refundable.

Time: 11am-2:30/3pm

Location: 7A Stewart Drive, Newlands - Parking available in the community car park, entrance off Batchelor street

You will be provided with a box to take your pastries home, but are welcome to bring reusable containers.
