BOTANICALS: Juniper, Marlborough Sea Salt, Native Kelp, Black Cardamom, White Peppercorns, Wormwood, Coriander, Angelica Root, Fennel Seed, Liquorice Root & Orris Root
TASTING NOTES: Salt and white pepper gin with an unctuous mouth feel with a long length. Hints of black cardamom and juniper forward
SERVING SUGGESTION: Enjoy in a dry Martini with Noilly Prat Vermouth and garnish with a fruit salad (olive, onion, olive, onion)

Our Coast speaks of New Zealandâs coastal identity, using native New Zealand Kelp and Marlborough sea salt to bring a sense of New Zealandness to the gin. Inspired in part by the melding of a cocktail olive inside a Martini and the efforts to recreate that inside a gin.
