Red Ruby Gin is the jewel of the Waiheke Distilling collection.  It's an infusion of ripe New Zealand cherries sweetening an otherwise dry gin structure, resulting in a truly special drop that is the perfect tipple on a hot summer day or a stunning fireside sipper on a cold winters night.

Tasting Notes:

Bursting sweet cherry with a hint of juniper on the nose. Smooth, with subtle sweetness, orange and warm spiced cinnamon on the palate.
