Mānuka Honey and Elderflower Gin 750ml

This debut gin from Kākāpō Distillery Ltd features light floral notes, a soft honey sweetness, and a strong juniper presence.

Tasting notes

On the nose when neat, there is a strong juniper note.  Adding tonic or other mixers  opens up the gin to release a herbaceous mānuka nose.

Upon tasting, the light floral notes are balanced with the bold juniper and mānuka honey provides a smooth mouth feel and a touch of sweetness.

The recommend pairing is a 2:3 ratio with a light tonic, or on the rocks.
