Waitoki Washhouse Gin â with FRESH Rhubarb â is distilled using a blend of traditional botanicals of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root &New Zealand native botanicals of Kawakawa & Horopito, plus fresh orange & grapefruit. After distillation, the original recipe is steeped with fresh, locally grown rhubarb for a sweet, but decadent, fruity finish.
