These have a delicious savoury flavour perfect on its own for snacking or with a soft brie or pate. Crush and coat chicken fillets or fish then panfry for an easy gluten free dinner.

Ingredients: flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, olive oil, garlic, salt, rosemary, black pepper.
