Winemaking: Fermentation at controlled temperatures in a range of 18 to 24°. Aged in American and French oak barrels until the wine is at optimum drinking conditions. Minimum storage in bottles of 3 months.

Tasting notes: The mouth we can find apples, peaches and apricots. We can also find whip cream, butter, and walnuts.

Food Pairing: Fish dishes, molluscs and shellfish. To enjoy them at their best, the latter should be served raw or lightly dressed with extra virgin olive oil.
