Our signature rich chocolate sponge layered with bold Santos espresso–infused meringue buttercream and ribbons of in-house salted caramel. Finished with a glossy caramel drizzle and walnut brittle for texture that snaps, melts, and lingers. Sweet, salty, and satisfyingly grown up.
