Stannol Sn99Ge1 Antioxidation Pellets 2.5kg

Stannol SnGe1 anti-oxidation pellets are used to minimise the formation of dross in lead-free solder baths. They are made from pure tin with a germanium additive that acts as an anti-oxidation agent for addition to lead-free solder baths. Stannol SnGe1 anti-oxidation pellets are the ideal product for lead-free ECOLOY TSC, TS and TC alloys as well as for FLOWTIN TC and SN100C alloys. Sn99Ge1 Anti-oxidation pellets are not recommended for use with lead-containing alloys.

1. For dip tinning: Clean the solder bath surface and add 2 Stannol SnGe1 anti-oxidation pellets per kilogram of solder to the bath. The germanium consumption and thus the anti-oxidation effect vary, depending on the temperature and the state of the bath. The product is instantly effective. After the oxidation layer and dross have been removed, the solder bath surface remains free of oxidation for longer.
