The ‘Daily Site Risk Assessment’ form is designed for jobs of short duration, such as a tradesman going to do a one-off job for a few hours, or maybe a day or two. Its purpose is to replace the high powered SSSP (Site Specific Safety Plan) which is a requirement for many larger complex jobs and is quite detailed by nature. The Daily Site Risk Assessment form, is a simple way to enable (and provide evidence) that risk is being managed on-site for the duration of the short stay. Any workers, contractors or visitors who come to the site, can sign on to this form and be catered for in a practical way and be made aware of how risk is being managed.
