This fish hook represents strength, prosperity, abundance and great respect for the sea. They were used as a practical tool for fishing and were often decorated as a sign of respect for the creatures of the sea. The base can be engraved, for an extra $30.

A Cloak (korowai) can be purchased for an additional $15 to go over the piece when presenting it to the intended recipient.
