21st Taiaha On A Stand
Taiaha size: 760mm x 60mm x 50mm widest part Base 770mm x 80mm x 35mm. Taiaha has feathers decorating the shaft. Made in from sustainably harvested tulip wood
The Arero tongue has been fully carved on both sides with pāua eyes in the Upoko (head) where the base from which the tongue protrudes. The Ate (liver) is the flattened wooden end which was used for striking has been carved as well. Has Pāua 21 on the blade.
A Cloak (korowai) can be purchased for an additional $15 to go over the piece when presenting it to the intended recipient.
