East Kitchen Panang Curry Mix

 

East Kitchen Panang curry sauce mix is not to be confused with red curry. Panang is a thick, robust & full of coconut flavour. It's hotness is milder than other Thai curries. Heat vege oil in saucepan & cook meat (chicken lamb, beef, seafood or tofu) on high heat. Mix both packs into pan, add water and stir until dissolved, then add veggies. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, stir occasionally until curry thickens. Garnish.

Ingredients : coconut milk powder, sugar, spices (paprika, garlic, chilli, coriander seeds, kaffir lime, lemongrass, pepper, caraway, galangal), sweet potato, salt, tapioca starch, yeast extract, sunflower oil, silicone dioxide as anticaking, flavouring add. Contains milk protein.
