GOLD MEDAL 2024, plus SILVER MEDAL 2025, NZ Champions of Cheese Awards. This is a golden washed-rind cheese, soft and creamy with a mild, earthy flavour. It is soft and smooth when young and extremely creamy and aromatic when mature. Creamy & golden. Decently gooey with age.
