Herb & Spice All Butter Shortbread

The Shortbread Finger, still a classic, still crumbly and still a favourite. Individual biscuits can be spread with whipped cream and topped with fresh strawberries to make strawberry shortcake fingers.

For that fresh, homemade gold appearance, remove from pack and heat in a moderate oven for 5 minutes - allow to cool before serving.
