Our beekeepers position their hives deep in dense New Zealand bush so that the bees can thrive in the home of wild Mānuka, Kanuka and Kamahi.

This dark amber multifloral honey, naturally blended by our bees, has an intense, bold and complex flavour and aroma – sweet, woody and spicy with fresh fruit and citrus notes.

This honey is great to use as a dressing or marinade with chicken or salad, slow roasted with nuts, or served in a whiskey cocktail.
