China Keemun Congou
China black tea from Qimen County in Anhui province. It was first produced in 1875 by a failed civil servant after he learned the secrets of black tea production in Fujian. Since its debut, Keemun has earned a reputation as China’s finest black tea. Known for its rich aroma, deep liquor colour, slightly sweet taste and surprisingly low tannin content.
