Type K thermocouple hook robe for measuring hot or boiling water temperature in industrial or food applications. 1.5meter Teflon cable fitted with mini plug for connection to various thermometers and dataloggers.

Designed to hook over the edge of a vessel of boiling or hot water to prevent moisture entering the probe shaft, which if occurred would damage the probe.

Used for pasteurization of food items in brine or liquid.
