Our made in small batches using unique seasonal plums grown in the Motueka Valley. We add bay leaves and peppercorns for a subtle hint of woodsy, earthy flavours.

This intensely coloured shrub is so good as a simple soda or try it out in your mocktail and cocktail creations.
