Course Content: Either A seven week course or a 2 day over 2 weekend course options will be available.
Covering the following topics:
- Informed consent & decision making
- Physiological Labour
- Coping with labour (non medical and medical options)
- Instrumental and surgical births
- Feeding baby (breast, bottle, formula)
- Postpartum wellbeing (physical, emotional and relationship)
- Practical parenting skills.
