Course Content: Birth in a nutshell - what your body does to prepare for labour. Signs of labour. What you can do to manage discomfort,support people. What cervix does during labour , transition Complications , LSCS. Delivery , skin to skin , first feed.
4th trimester - those first few precious days ,taking baby home, how do we know baby’s getting enough , milk supply , partners support , mental health for both, enjoying this time and who may help. Pets ,visitors
