I feel so honoured that you’ve come to this page. It really shows me how committed you are to make a positive change in your life and that’s what I’m really passionate about. I’ve been there myself – in fact I would have lost my marriage if I hadn’t decided to chose intimacy over control.

I’ve always been passionate about peoples’ health and wellbeing which led me into nursing initially. In search of a more holistic approach to healing, I then obtained a diploma in Swedish Therapeutic Massage followed by a certification in Hellerwork (structural bodywork) which I practised for 20 years.

This then led onto more trainings involving the mind, body and spirit including EFT, Colour Me Beautiful, NLP and Law of Attraction. This wholesome wealth of knowledge, combined with my most recent up-skilling in the Laura Doyle 6 Intimacy Skills...
