Protea Cynaroides

a magnificent South African evergreen shrub producing some of the largest and most spectacular flowers of the protea family. The large, bowl-shaped blooms have creamy centres surrounded by broad pink to crimson bracts and are highly prized for floral arrangements. An excellent feature plant for sunny, well-drained gardens and coastal conditions.

Thrives in full sun with acidic, free-draining soil and good air circulation. Protect from heavy frost while young. Evergreen.
