Ptisana salicina

a magnificent New Zealand native fern forming a large, upright clump of lush, glossy green fronds. Its bold, architectural foliage makes a superb feature for shaded gardens, woodland plantings and large containers.

Thrives in a sheltered position with moist, fertile, humus-rich soil and partial to full shade. Protect from drying winds and prolonged dry conditions. Hardy and evergreen.
