Blechnum novae-zelandiae
also known as Kio Kio, is a large native ground fern commonly found in roadside banks, forest gullies and swamp areas. The fern features deep green, shiny fronds with a crinkled texture, and its new growth is highlighted with red tones, adding a touch of vibrancy to the landscape.
