Astelia nervosa Westland
a striking New Zealand native species found in forests and scrublands throughout the country. It forms a bold clump of long, broad, stiffly arching bronze-green leaves overlaid with a silvery sheen that gives the plant a distinctive, architectural appearance.
Ideal for garden borders or large containers, this variety adds strong texture and colour contrast. It is particularly dramatic when planted in groups and makes an excellent feature in both native and contemporary landscapes.
