Carmichaelia williamsii
A rare and unusual New Zealand native broom with distinctive erect, flattened green stems and large, pale yellow-white, pea-shaped flowers appearing throughout the year. Endemic to the North Island, it is naturally found in open forest, coastal areas and on cliff faces.
Its unusual form makes it an excellent feature plant for native and coastal gardens. Thrives in full sun with well-drained soil. Hardy and evergreen.
