Oxalis tetraphylla Iron Cross
an eye-catching bulbous perennial valued for its unique foliage and summer blooms. It forms a dense, lush mound of rich green leaves, each composed of four heart-shaped leaflets marked by a striking deep purplish blotch at the centre, resembling an iron cross.
In summer soft pink flowers rise above the foliage, adding a vibrant touch to garden beds, borders or pots. This variety is easy to grow in full sun to part shade and performs best in free-draining soils. Winter dormant and hardy, it re-emerges reliably each year, bringing texture and colour to the garden.
