Wyin Aqua Quick-Plug Aluminium CO2 Check Valve

When your CO2 switches off at night, tank water can creep back up the CO2 line. If it reaches your bubble counter, solenoid or regulator, it can corrode parts and cause expensive damage. The Wyin Aqua Quick Plug CO2 Check Valve sits in your CO2 line and only lets gas travel one way, so water can't get back to your gear. How it works

CO2 flows through in the direction of the arrow. If anything tries to come back the other way, the valve closes. The quick plug ends grip standard 4/6mm CO2 tubing as soon as you push it in, so there are no nuts or clamps to deal with. To take the tubing out, press the white collar and pull. Why you'll like it

- Protects your CO2 gear. Stops tank water flowing back into your regulator, solenoid and bubble counter.
- Fits in seconds. Push the tubing in and it locks in place. No tools needed.
- Easy to rearrange. Press the collar to release the tubing whenever you need to.
- Built to last. The aluminium alloy body holds up better than cheap plastic check valves.
- Compact. At 46mm long, it sits neatly in your CO2 line. Specifications

- Tubing size: 4/6mm (4mm inside, 6mm outside diameter)
- Length: 46mm
- Material: aluminium alloy body with push-fit quick plug ends
- Minimum opening pressure: 0.3 bar (4.3 psi)
- Flow direction: marked with an arrow

Good to know: It's made for pressurised CO2 systems. The 0.3 bar opening pressure is more than most small air pumps put out, so it isn't suited to airline setups. Installation
- Find the arrow on the valve. It shows which way the CO2 flows.
- Cut your CO2 tubing where you want the valve, somewhere between the regulator and the diffuser.
- Push the tubing from the regulator into the end the arrow points away from.
- Push the tubing that goes to your diffuser into the other end.
- Turn the CO2 on at a low rate and check for leaks and bubbles at the diffuser.
