Directions of use

Decongest: Add 5 drops to a bowl of warm water and inhale

Diffuser: Add 10 drops to the water chamber

Pulse Points: Apply 2 drops to fingers and place on temples

Massage: Add 3-5 drops to a carrier oil (e.g Almond oil)
