Ecuador 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate

For a long time Hogarth searched for a cacao suitable for a higher percentage bar. The Arriba Nacional beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador, had exactly what they were looking for: lightly fermented, low acidity and beautiful delicate flavour and aroma.

This chocolate is low in sugar yet with no bitterness. It has a creamy mouth-feel with notes of cashew and Brazil nuts.
