A creamy crumbly feta, with a light salting. The cheese is firm enough to slice but also crumbles well and has a smooth and creamy texture on the palate. This buffalo feta is the perfect addition to any meal; be it salads, vegetables, meat, grains, your favourite antipasto platter or even paired with seasonal fruit. Buffalo milk is naturally high in A2 Beta Casein.
