MODEL MN (E61 LEVER) compared to DE (BZ-GROUP VOLUMETRICS)
The Bezzera Duo provides two group types: the original E61 group actuated by a lever, and heating utilising circulating hot water from the boiler in through the group head inside (MN model).
The DE model, which includes Bezzera's unique BZ group, has two electrical heating components that keep the entire group at a constant temperature while requiring almost little maintenance. The group also has its own PID (the machine's third), allowing you to precisely manage the group temperature for brewing accuracy.
TAKE SHOTS WITH THE BEZZERA DUO
Above the group, the DE model has four shot choices that may be adjusted by volume to your prefered flavour and extraction or simply run manually. The E61 Lever group on the MN Duo allows for regular shot pulls with a simple on/off switch as you push the lever up.
The cup warmer atop the machine guarantees that you never pour hot espresso into cold cups. The 360° steam and hot water wands, with wood-grained handles and easy-touch control, make heating milk for a cappuccino or flat white seem natural and simple.
