The steam boiler incorporates pressure transducer technology with intuitive touchscreen control for precise steam pressure adjustment. The espresso boiler features integrated PID thermostat regulation, enabling granular water temperature control from 80-100°C to accommodate diverse coffee profiles and roast characteristics. Volumetric pump technology paired with direct mains connection ensures stable, repeatable performance under demanding conditions. This architecture maintains consistent thermal stability and extraction quality, delivering the reliability and precision expected by professional espresso operators.
