Orange & Gin Marmalade

A bold twist on tradition, The Prospector is a handcrafted marmalade infused with botanical gin from Broken Heart Spirits, Arrowtown. Made with navel oranges and gently spiced with bay leaf, juniper, and cardamom, it delivers a refined citrus punch. Not too sweet and endlessly versatile. Slather on a bacon buttie, glaze your Christmas ham, serve with seared duck breast, class up a cheese platter. Small batch made by Tineke at Taste of the Alps in Wanaka.
