Loved by bakers for its distinct flavour and golden hue, this high quality flour is excellent for making pasta, breads and pizzas with that perfect crispy crust. Durum wheat is a hardy grain that’s higher in proteins, minerals and vitamins than regular wheat. It is farmed by Wairarapa Grains Collective, four families committed to growing artisan grains in New Zealand with a light touch on the environment. 1.5kg.
