Our Zeal premium quality silicone pastry and basting brush is perfect when roasting, grilling or baking, as, unlike many traditional brushes, the non-shed silicone bristles carry a good load and give an even coating. The non-stick, odour-resistant silicone makes the brushes quick and easy to wash and dry. The ideal tool when applying juices, melted butter, egg wash, or simply applying a fine coat of oil to a tray.
