A 16cm boning knife made in New Zealand in partnership with Victory Knives. The stainless steel blade is shaped for control and glide, easing pressure through tougher cuts. The off white wool fibre handle replaces plastic with something stronger, unique and far more sustainable.

What makes these "Almost Perfect" are small variations in the wool handle texture. A natural shift in the fibre. Cosmetic inconsistencies we love, but retailers don't. These colour variations do not affect the grip, the balance or the life of the knife. It is simply part of working with natural materials, not plastic.
