The Ironclad Teppan Plate spans two induction zones to create one generous cast iron cooking surface.

Sear meat at one end while vegetables cook at the other. Fry eggs and pancakes. Toast sandwiches. Crisp potatoes. Then use the 25mm deep sides to take the whole thing straight into the oven for roasting or baking.
