Food Snob Aged English Truffle Cheddar

Food Snob Aged English Cheddar is made using the highest quality milk, sourced from local, free-range dairy herds that graze the lush pastures of the surrounding countryside.

The cheese is made by traditional methods that go back generations, including the turning and cheddaring of the curd by hand. Each block of cheese is matured for up to 12 months until it achieves its desired level of maturity.

Food Snob Aged English Cheddar has a creamy and smooth texture with a deliciously savoury flavour. Best enjoyed anyway you fancy! We like it on a cracker with chutney, but it’s also just as fabulous baked into a decadent cheddar scone.
